Movement is essential to life. Take an active part in our Body & Mind Fitness. Our programme includes aqua & power gymnastics, exercises for tummy, thighs and bottom, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, autogenous training as well as other gymnastic and relaxation techniques.
The countryside all around the hotel also has a lot to offer. Enjoy our unspoiled countryside on a long leisurely stroll or a more demanding hike, on a bike ride or on horseback.
