Hungry? Each of our four in-house restaurants has a different atmosphere but all serve the same menu ranging from Mediterranean to traditional Bavarian cuisine providing something to suit all tastes. All our rooms are fully equipped with a bath or shower and WC, cable colour TV, direct dial telephone, wake-up alarm, safe and hairdryer. 1,500 squaremeters of saunas, indoor swimming pool, fitness studio, beauty farm and hair dresser.
Our in-house “Hammersbacher Otium” sauna and wellness centre covers over 1,500 m2 and comprises a solarium, a fitness studio and baths as well as a state-of-the-art indoor swimming pool with aqua-fitness, water gymnastics, whirlpool, quiet rooms etc. The name “Otium” comes from the Latin for “leisure” and that is exactly what you will experience here: relaxation, peace and regeneration!
The glass roof of our 20 m long, L-shaped pool allows the clear blue water to reflect the beauties of the Waxenstein mountains. Imagine: lying back on one of our sun beds and enjoying the panoramic views of the Alps or the calming effect of the wavy roof of the swimming pool to the accompaniment of soft music, the gentle lapping of the water, the palm trees moving gently in the breeze and the air full of summer warmth – the perfect holiday feeling! The best thing of all is that there is absolutely no smell of chlorine, no stinging eyes and no allergies as we employ UV water purification and disinfection methods making the use of chlorine or any other chemicals superfluous.
You are getting married?
Let us arrange everything for you! e.g. all our packages (except the "Mia Zwoa" package), can be booked for groups of 30+ people. The bride and groom are accommodated in a "Honeymoon room" on the wedding night and can enjoy a sparkling wine breakfast the following day all with the compliments of the hotel. We can also arrange on request further details for you such as music, car decorations, flowers, hairdresser, and photographer... just tell us what you need.
