Our 4-star wellness hotel is located in a quiet part of Bad Reichenhall in the Bavarian Alps close to the centre, the spa park, the pedestrian precinct, the renowned café Reber, the old salt works and the graduation works. The Mozart city of Salzburg, picturesque Lake Königssee and Berchtesgaden are all within easy reach and well worth a visit if you can tear yourself away from all the sports available in and around Bad Reichenhall. The hotel is easy to get to via the Salzburg motorway and Bad Reichenhall railway station is just 200 m from the hotel. We are also only 15 km from Salzburg airport.
Our lounge has a wonderful open fireplace and together with our Kutscherstüberl ("coachmen’s lounge") provides penty of opportunity for you to spend cosy evenings with friends over a glass or two of wine or beer. In the afternoons we serve coffee and cake on our sunny patio and at lunch and dinner our chef de cuisine can conjure anything from a 4-course menu to a light snack. It goes without saying that we also offer a range of vegetarian dishes.

Here at Hotel Residenz Bavaria you wake up to views of the mountains and spend the evening enjoying the sunset from your own balcony. Every room has a balcony / loggia, bathroom with a bath and a hairdryer, a fridge, satellite TV, a radio, a telephone and a safe (free of charge).
Hotel guests may use the swimming pool, sauna, quiet room and fitness romm free of charge. Our fully trained staff in the in-house beauty centre offers a wide range of applications for you to enjoy. These include a romantic bath in our special couple’s bath surrounded by a sea of light, sound and aromas. Or test out the fantastic, reaxing effect of our infrared sauna or our steam shower. A hot stone massage is one of the latest additions to the programme: warm, smooth oval stones of marble are laid gently on the body’s energy centres. Aroma therapy oils add to the feeling of wellbeing and enhance the beneficial effect of the hote stone massage. We now also have new rooms all designed in warm colours in which you can enjoy our range of applications such as an Ayurvedic oil treatment on the Pantai Luar bed. Naturally, we also offer a range of treatments using the traditional Reichenhall salt, moor mud and mountain pine.
