Schloss Thurn Park (Leisure park of castle Thurn)
In the Schloss Thurn leisure park in Heroldsbach between Nuremberg and Bamberg, the benefits of a protected historical building are combined with the colorful diversity of a leisure park designed with a large helping of fantasy, and all of this is spread over 40 hectares.
The perfect day out for families with children under 14 and for the 50+ generation with beautiful parklands, fabulous trees, plenty of water and lots of animals.
There is a daily jousting tournament as well as a western show, a puppet show and plenty of rides to try such as a log flume, a family-friendly roller coaster, a huge train, an aerial cableway, a water-coaster, knave training, bumper cars, bumper boats and lots more.
