Hocheck cable car in Oberaudorf, Bavaria
The "Oberaudorf-Hocheck Bergbahn" is a comfortable 4-seater chair lift. In the winking of an eye you will be whisked in comfort up to the summit of the Hocheck from where you can enjoy a good network of well-maintained walking trails affording stunning views of the Tyrol glacier. There is also a mountain restaurant with a sun terrace, a large adventure playground, and an extensive and particularly child-friendly woodland ropes course with a new TÜV (Germany’s Technical Inspection Agency) tested safety system. The woodland ropes course is near the summit station of the chair lift.
The mid station of the chairlift is the starting point for our family-friendly summer sled run that speeds 1.1 km down the mountainside through a 360 degree loop and on down to the valley.
Next to the valley station is the cosy "Alm-Rausch" bistro, a ropes course and a bungee-trampoline. This magnificent summer sled run that is suitable for all ages is easy to get to via the A93 Inntal autobahn. Leave the motorway at the Oberaudorf exit and it is only a few minutes’ drive from there to the Hocheck Bergbahn where there is plenty of free parking. Oberaudorf-Hocheck is an attractive, particularly family-friendly fun day out. Families love how easy it is to get there, the wide range of attractions on offer and the great prices.
