Experience the unique atmosphere of Rothenburg ob der Tauber during the “Imperial City Festival”. The entire history of the town will be brought alive by approximately a thousand participants; each group represents a certain period or a special profession of past days.

The Frundsberg Festival - every three years (29. 06 - 08.07.2018) the people of Mindelheim commemorate a great family, who took over the town and dominion of Mindelheim in 1467.

Kaufbeuren is entirely taken over by the Tänzelfest festivities. This Children's Festival, supposedly founded by Emperor Maximilian I, Germany's last knight, during his official visit to Kaufbeuren in 1497, is the oldest of its kind in Bavaria.
For the past 100 years or so Dinkelsbühl has celebrated its delivery with a festival where the whole story is performed again. Even today the city continues to show its grateful appreciation for their help by giving coloured bags of sweets to all the children taking part in the procession.
The Drachenstich (or Slaying of the Dragon) is a traditional folk spectacle held in Furth, Bavarian Forest from 4th until 20th August 2017.
