Hochschwarzeck natural sled run in Berchtesgadener Land
This natural sled run is 3.6 km long and is a challenge for practiced sledders and popular with young and old alike.
The Hirscheck chair lift provides a special "sledder’s ticket" for visitors who can also hire a sled at the bottom. So even if you decide on the spur of the moment, you don’t have to miss out on the fun of sledding down the mountain.
Once at the top just take a moment to enjoy the "Hirschkaser" sun terrace before heading downhill. Spend a few minutes relaxing in a comfortable deck chair admiring the view of the fabulous Watzmann massif and the stunning Berchtesgaden mountain panorama that is particularly breathtaking in winter. Invigorated by a refreshing glass and a snack prepared for you by Franz Kurz, the landlord of the "Hirschkaser", an exhilarating race down the mountainside on a sled will be all the more fun!
