From romantic valleys to magic mountains

The mountain and valley regions are more than just spectacular or romantic sceneries. They are a whole way of life. On the Alpine Road, you can get married on top of Zugspitze, Germany’s highest mountain, abseil down canyons, and dance Bavarian-style in lederhosen and dirndl. The romantic valleys, with numerous bike routes and gorges penetrating deep into the mountains, are perfect for cycling.

Walking, cycling, climbing and sightseeing - whenever, wherever, whatever you do, you feel the pull of nature. Don’t resist it - just go with it!
