The playground at the Visitors Park Munich Airport
Even the smallest visitors will find plenty of fun playground equipment. The jumping nets and miniature steam shovels are especially popular. There’s no time to get bored.
At the Visitors’ Park, just below the observation hill, we have ‘planted’ a complete airplane with living willows. The only fuel it needs is sunshine and water. Our younger visitors can inspect this special aircraft and even play pilot.
Play corners at Munich Airport
For us, the smallest passengers are a big priority. The many play corners around the airport are perfect for passing the time and having fun.

MAC Kinderland
Kinderland in the Munich Airport Center (MAC) offers child care for children between the ages of 3 - 10 years. They are in the care of trained staff while parents pick up an arriving passenger or do some shopping at the airport.
There are many attractions on offer for the young visitors to Kinderland, for example:
- A corner for arts and crafts
- A climbing tower with a ball basin
- Giant soft LEGO® blocks
- Computer games and board games
- Children's cinema and electronic game stations
- and even birthday parties
When:
Monday-Friday 2-8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 11 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Where:
Central Area/MAC Level 03, right next to Burger King
Cost:
Kinderland is open to all children aged 3-10 years free of charge as a service of Munich Airport.
The following arrangement applies only to children placed directly in the care of the child care staff by filling out a registration form:
The first half hour of child care is free of charge.
For each additional hour, there is a charge of EUR 1.00.
