The Werdenfels ski club has made it possible for cross-country skiers to experience the biathlon and the excitement of a competition first hand. The minute conditions allow the Kaltenbrunn stadium and shooting range are reserved for guests every Wednesday from 11 a.m.
Before holidaymakers hit the tracks a trainer will give you detailed instructions on how to shoot both standing and lying down as well as a whole load of other tips and tricks if you need them. The distances are set according to the ability of each participant. To make your experience even more authentic the best biathletes are awarded certificates at the end of the day just like the professionals.
