Alois: fine dining at the highest level in a relaxed atmosphere
Alois sees itself as a contemporary fine dining restaurant with light cuisine, presented in a casual atmosphere. Relaxed enjoyment in an ambience that effortlessly combines serenity and aspiration. In other words: at Alois, guests should feel comfortable and at the same time experience culinary highlights. From the well-stocked wine cellar of the delicatessen, there are also wonderful wines that restaurant manager & sommelier Julien Morlat will recommend. He can draw on more than 800 choices, and time and again and with great style will ensure surprising moments that make a visit to Alois special.
With a great deal of feeling for space and a sense for details, the modern ambience of Alois with its feel-good character integrates into the rooms of the delicatessen house. Among others, elements from the colonial period are used (chinoiserie look) and translated into the present day. At the same time, these design elements create a connection to the retail outlet on the ground floor – e.g. the hand-painted coffee and tea vases from the porcelain manufacturer Nymphenburg. Alois offers space for up to 30 guests at 13 tables in two connected guest rooms.
