It’s evening, the last rays of the sun are disappearing and peace is descending on the Franconian town of Heroldsberg. However, a group of people are approaching a restaurant. Instead of simply going in, they ring the bell. On the façade next to the entrance of this venerable establishment, a menu is displayed in a stone surround. The door is opened by a friendly young man: Felix Schneider, head chef of the Sosein Restaurant. He makes a point of greeting his guests in person and accompanying them to their table.
