2 Michelin stars for Alexander Herrmann by Tobias Bätz
Alexander Herrmann and Tobias Bätz receive second Michelin star for the Alexander Herrmann restaurant at the Posthotel in Wirsberg. At the traditional family business, Alexander Herrmann has made a name for himself with his chic, modern and elegant gourmet restaurant. The menus “Contrast”, “OFF” (without fish/meat) and “Signature” (the highlights from both as a surprise menu) are testament to creativity, deep knowledge and excellent produce. The quality and preparation of the Poltinger lamb is out of this world! The contrasts are also wonderful, for example between the sour-aromatic Calamondin vinaigrette and the raw marinated Ikejime-Zander. The dishes are also served and explained by the chefs themselves.
